The Last of Us, developed by Naughty Dog, is a game with a unique approach to the recently overused post-apocalyptic theme. Protagonist, Joel and his teenage companion, Ellie rely on each other to survive a biological epidemic that has left the world swallowed by nature itself, forcing survivors to struggle for their lives.
The trailer shows a scene in which Joel and Ellie are ambushed by a group of scavengers who seem relentless to stop the two. The scene leads up to the preview Gameinformer was given and featured in their cover story for the game. The visuals of the game look great, and with developer Naughty Dog at the wheel, The Last of Us is sure to be an excellent game. So far no gameplay has been revealed yet but we can only hope we'll get a taste when E3 comes around this year. What do you think of The Last of Us so far?
